Fourth Sunday of Advent
Fourth Week of Advent: The Joy of Shepherds
Week Four, the Candle of Joy Waiting Almost Over:
"A joy shared is a joy doubled." ~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe ~
"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it." ~ Edith Wharton ~
Dear Kite, I LOVE them! They are beautiful. I really like the one w/ the Edith Wharton quote and of course "Keep Christmas in your heart!" Are you putting them on your tree? I think they would look nice there. You did a great job. Where did you get the idea? You're so creative! I always wish we lived close enough to make cards together.
I'm going through my Christmas cards this morning and really I have too many. Boxes and boxes of this and that. But how do you get rid of them? I guess stop buying them is a start. Received my first Christmas card from you! Lovely and loved my other advent messages and poems.
Have I thanked you for the beautiful poetry book yet? It's great. I love the one of the cloud watching. More on it later.
I especially like the Edith Wharton quote. I've heard it before and now I want to work on being the mirror. Love you!!!
